sink (left) doesnt drain. lots of mildew, and buildup on front. she says she installed the mirror and light fixture.
cabinets are falling off of the wall, and she tried to blame it on the craftsmanship, and the use of faulty screws. screws were in place, it was the weight placed in the cupboards that made the wood pull apart. the screws are still embedded in the wall, it is the wood that pulled apart.

very dirty floor, walls have been patched. they are offcolor patches, but they look manageable.
a bunch of drawers were not working, and pulled out. I did not check everysingle one but "most" were still very operable.
